How to Make a Payment for Third-Party Agencies

Learn how third-party vendors and agencies can make a payment on behalf of a UMGC student.

For your convenience, University of Maryland Global Campus offers an array of easy payment options, including check, credit card, and EFT/ACH.

Paying by Check

Please include the invoice number.

UMGC accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

If paying by credit card, please do not fax or e-mail. Please call us at 800-888-8682. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Authorized amount
  • Invoice number
  • Card number and expiration date
  • Cardholder name and signature
  • Cardholder phone and fax number (to receive receipt)
  • CVC # (information is required to process payment)

Paying by EFT/ACH

Please use the banking information as shown on the invoice and include the invoice number.
