UMGC Stateside Undergraduate Representative

Biography

Quasha Quenee Hawkins is pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resource management at UMGC. She is a senior administrative and HR coordinator for 12 ambulatory services clinics at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her educational goals are to graduate, strategize her current knowledge, and become an HR manager of her department. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, which will help her achieve her goals.

She is from Baltimore, Maryland, known for the best Maryland crabs that she loves to eat once a month. She is a mother, wife, friend, and mentor to her Baltimore community. She has given back to the community and city as the founder of Queens Hope Inc, with its mission to help the youth by providing self-mastery skills and giving them valuable tools to carry throughout their blooming lives.

Quasha is excited to be selected for the Student Advisory Council at UMGC. This will be another way for her to help others achieve all possibilities in life.
