Biography

Jordan has an extensive background in higher education and currently works in the division of administration and finance at a public institution. Jordan is an active member of campus, serving on numerous university committees. Additionally, Jordan is on the executive board of directors of a 501(c)(3) organization that provides financial support to the students, faculty, and staff of an arts and technology magnet program public high school.

Jordan is honored to be elected to serve as an advocate for the UMGC student body, convey information, and foster a supportive academic community for all students. The key to helping every student is ensuring equity and equality in higher education. As your elected representatives within shared governance, the Student Advisory Council will help make decisions that drive UMGC closer to fulfilling its overall mission: offering accessible, reasonable, and high-quality higher education to students around the world.
