Invoices

Find information on invoices, e-bills, and ways to stay informed of your student account balance.

University of Maryland Global Campus strives to provide you with an invoice after each transaction, but it is important for you to stay informed of your account balance and due dates. Your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address on file, but you can always review your account and pay your balance online 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Student Account Center.

Make sure that you receive e-bills and updates by updating your e-mail address through your student Profile in MyUMGC. Navigate to MyInfo, then choose E-mail Address. Please note that even if you do not receive an invoice or other notification about your account balance, you are responsible for all debts incurred with UMGC.

Failure to pay your balance by the due date can result in disenrollment and loss of other services, including the ability to enroll in future semesters. You can view your statement of account and make a payment by logging into the Student Account Center.
