Associate-to-Bachelor's (ATB) Nursing Dual Enrollment Program

Eligible students can enroll in our BSN program while completing their community college coursework.

Thanks to a dual enrollment agreement established between University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) and participating Maryland community colleges, eligible community college students who enroll in a nursing program at their college will be able to enroll in UMGC’s Nursing for Registered Nurses program simultaneously!

Students who take advantage of our Associate-to-Bachelor's (ATB) nursing dual enrollment option will be able to take undergraduate-level online courses at UMGC while also completing their community college nursing degree. As an accredited university and member of the University System of Maryland, we encourage students to find their next success here at UMGC.

Please note: Once you are awarded your associate degree, you must pass the nursing licensure exam (NCLEX-RN) before continuing the remainder of your BSN coursework at UMGC.
