Complete your associate degree at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) and transfer credits seamlessly to earn your bachelor’s degree at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) thanks to the Degrees to Succeed program. This program offers:

Save with the Completion Scholarship

When you complete your associate degree at CCBC, you can earn your bachelor's degree at UMGC at a significantly reduced cost with the Completion Scholarship as a Maryland resident. Award recipients can complete a bachelor's degree program for $12,000 or less, well below the typical tuition cost for in-state students.
