DSST

Earn credit at UMGC through the DSST program.

The DSST program—previously known as DANTES Subject Standardized Tests—lets you earn credit toward your University of Maryland Global Campus degree by passing exams. There are 34 DSST exams available in multiple subject areas. When the scores have been received, an evaluator will determine whether they meet the standards established at UMGC for granting DSST credit and how much credit may be awarded.

The UMGC code number for the DSST program is 9357. You must enter this number on your exam material if you want your score sent to UMGC.

For more information, please visit getcollegecredit.com or call 877-471-9860. Learn about UMGC test centers where DSST exams are offered. Send requests for appointments to ntc@umgc.edu.
