Dear UMGC Colleagues and Friends:
I am pleased to present the 2015–18 strategic plan to the UMGC community. It will guide our path forward, clarifying our mission and vision while articulating our goals, cultural aspirations, and strategies. The plan includes critical components that were identified, shared, and revised based on input from the university's key stakeholders: faculty, staff, students, and alumni. It represents a truly worldwide, collaborative effort.
