Annual Estimated Half-Time Tuition
Annual tuition/fees figures listed below are based on half-time enrollment. All undergraduate students and most graduate students are considered attending half-time if they are taking 6 credits per semester. For the specialty graduate and doctoral programs, half-time is 3 credits per semester.

* This rate applies to students who take hybrid courses at USMH and who reside in one of the neighboring counties to Washington County, including Morgan, Berkeley, and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia; Fulton, Franklin, and Adams Counties in Pennsylvania; and Loudoun County in Virginia.
** This rate applies to stateside active-duty, National Guard, and Selected Reserve service members who are in this program. All other students in this program pay the graduate tuition rate that applies to them.
*** The following graduate programs and related courses are included in the specialty tuition rate category: Cybersecurity Management and Policy Master's Degree, Cybersecurity Technology Master's Degree, Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation Master's Degree, Data Analytics, and Business Administration.
Annual Allowances
Allowances are estimated based on you being enrolled in the fall and spring semesters of the academic year. They're adjusted if you enroll for fewer than two semesters. Unless otherwise noted, expenses are the same for undergraduate and graduate students.

John is taking 6 credits per term, 2 terms per year. In this example, the tuition rate is $318 per credit, with a $15 technology fee per credit.
