Keynote Speaker: Dr. KC Castille

With more than three decades of work experience in the U.S. Air Force and the human resources field, Dr. Keith "KC" Castille has developed and honed skills in transformational leadership, organizational culture, instructional system design, and workforce education. His mission is to empower each generation of leaders to thrive in a complex and dynamic world.

In his keynote, Dr. Castille will explore leadership, vulnerabilities, perception, and intrinsic motivation. Using an interactive approach, he challenges leaders to "think, act, and do" and to understand the value their growth brings to organizational success.

Dr. Castille is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and the CEO and co‑founder of C2H, LLC, where he advises organizations on leadership development, talent management, and the responsible use of AI to support workforce and career transitions.

Dr. Castille's keynote speech is scheduled for 6–6:45 p.m.
