How do I purchase my course materials?
Most UMGC courses provide free electronic resources, available in your online classroom on the first day of class. Some courses, however, require you to purchase additional materials.
Check if you need to buy materials
- Log in to the Interactive Undergraduate Schedule of Classes.
- Find your course and review the Required Course Materials section.
- If listed, plan to order those materials before class starts.
Where to order
- Online Bookstore - Order online for guaranteed availability, no sales tax, discounts, and quick shipping.
- University Book Center/Barnes & Noble (College Park) - Limited quantities are available on campus, but online ordering is recommended.
Payment & delivery
- Accepted payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and personal checks.
- UPS shipping: Orders ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Overnight and two-day options are available.
