How do I get a Non-Resident Tuition Exemption?

You may qualify if you:

Graduated from a Maryland high school, and
Completed 60 credits or earned an associate’s degree at a Maryland community college.

Complete the tuition section of the application. After you apply, UMGC will confirm your residency status and next steps. For details, see the Changing Residency Classification webpage.
