What can I do if I have an issue with my professor?
First, contact your professor directly—most respond within 48 hours. Please check your syllabus or the online classroom for contact details.
Note: If you have approved accommodations and your professor misses scheduled check-ins, email Accessibility Services.
If the issue isn’t resolved, contact the Learner Resolution Management team with:
- Your name and student ID
- Course name and number
- Professor’s name
- Summary of the issue
