Do I need to be full-time to get financial aid?
Not necessarily, but there are minimum credit requirements you'll need to meet each term to stay eligible. Your enrollment status depends on how many credits you're taking and whether you're an undergraduate or graduate student.
Undergraduate Students
- Full-time: 12 or more credits per term
- Part-time/Half-time: Fewer than 12 credits per term
Graduate Students
- Full-time: 9 or more credits per term
- Part-time/Half-time: 6 or fewer credits per term
Note: To receive financial aid, you must be enrolled in at least 6 credits per term.
