How can I file a complaint or report a concern?
If you have a concern about a course, instructor, or grade, start by contacting your professor using the information in your syllabus or online classroom. Professors usually reply within 48 hours.
If the issue isn’t resolved:
- Contact your Success Coach, Military Education Coordinator, or Advisor for next steps.
- Submit your concern to Student Resolution Services. Include:
- Your full name and EMPL ID
- Course name and number
- Instructor’s name
- A short description of your concern
