How can I file a complaint or report a concern?

If you have a concern about a course, instructor, or grade, start by contacting your professor using the information in your syllabus or online classroom. Professors usually reply within 48 hours.

If the issue isn’t resolved:

Before submitting, review Student Grievance Procedures and Arbitrary and Capricious Grading policies. 

For non-academic issues, such as Title IX, ADA accommodations, or fair practices, visit the Learner Resolution Management page for more resources and contact options.
