What should I do if I can’t access my Office 365 email or account?
If you're having trouble logging in, it may be because you're using the wrong email, haven't logged in before, or need to reset your password, and you can fix this by following the solutions below.
- Use your University email: Students: username@student.umuc.edu
- Reset your password if needed. Wait up to 10 minutes before trying to log in. See Password & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Help for instructions.
- Check your browser settings and try a different browser if problems continue.
