Professors are the backbone of universities—and of higher education more broadly. At UMGC, we are proud of and thankful for our faculty members of scholar-practitioners who go above and beyond to ensure our students succeed again and again. We are also so proud of the many UMGC students who are teachers or are preparing for careers in teaching.
This Teacher Appreciation Week, we are coming together to extend our deepest thanks to our teachers for the countless ways they shape students’ lives and make a difference in their communities and our world at large.
