Sharmila: In today's workplace, companies are searching for (VO) ways to keep their employees safe while also being perceived as socially responsible. (OC) That’s because the public has grown more concerned over environmental issues – (VO) leading to a growing demand for environmental health and safety solutions.

Sharmila: And the field is growing at a rapid pace. 

Sabrina: The US Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that the number of jobs (VO) in this field by 2032 will increase about 14% – that’s much faster than the average growth rate for all occupations.
