Course Desc: An exploration of managing and leading sustainable organizations through integration of traditional management theories with contemporary sustainability practices. The goal is to develop core competencies, competitive strategies, organizational capacity building, and fostering sustainable operations. Topics include management science tools, leadership styles, internal communication strategies, and enhancing social capital. Emphasis is on addressing technological advancements and global, social, and environmental challenges with a sustainability-focused mindset. Activities include organizational audits and designing actionable improvement plans for real-world sustainable organizations.
