When will I receive my refund?
Refund timing depends on both your original payment method and your selected refund option. In most cases, refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment.
- Credit Card: Refunded back to the original card within 10 business days after the refund is posted
- Direct Deposit: Received within 5 business days after posting
Note: Direct deposit must be set up in advance and is not available for credit card or payment plan refunds - Refund Check: Mailed within 14 calendar days after the refund is posted
