When will I receive my refund?
Refund timing depends on how you paid and how you want to receive funds. Refunds follow the same method as your original payment.
- Credit Card: Refunded to the original card within 10 business days of posting
- Direct Deposit: Received within 5 business days of posting (must be set up; not available for credit card or payment plan refunds)
- Refund Check: Mailed within 14 calendar days of posting
Tip: If your credit card or direct deposit refund doesn't arrive on time, check with your bank first.
