Will my cell phone work with UMGC MyAlerts?

MyAlerts uses text messages (SMS) to send alerts to your cell phone or PDA. Alerts show up like normal texts. Most phones and carriers support text messaging, and nearly all phones purchased in the past few years will work. 

Important Tips:

  • Check with your carrier if you're unsure whether your phone supports text messages
  • Standard text messaging fees may apply
