Can my employer help cover my tuition through reimbursement?

Some employers offer tuition reimbursement to help cover your education costs. With this benefit, you pay tuition upfront, and your employer reimburses you later.

Because each employer's program is different, contact your HR department to learn about your company's process and eligibility. Remember, tuition reimbursement is not the same as tuition assistance.

Important: UMGC does not accept conditional tuition agreements. You must pay your tuition by the payment deadline, even if you expect reimbursement later.
