How do I transfer between UMGC divisions?
If you plan to relocate and continue your studies with another UMGC division (Stateside, Europe, or Asia), update your student profile in MyUMGC to begin the transfer process.
- Log in to your Student Portal
- In the top-right corner, click the down arrow, then select Profile.
- In the Military Information section, click the pencil icon to edit.
- Update all applicable fields:
- General Information
- Current Duty Information
- Service Dates
- At the bottom of the page, check the box to confirm your information is accurate.
- Click Submit
After you submit your updates, you will receive a confirmation email. A Success Coach will follow up to help with your transition.
