What should I do if my transcript appears blank in Parchment?

Your transcript may appear blank if Adobe Reader or Acrobat isn't installed, your browser lacks the required plugin or isn't supported, or you opened the file before installing Reader. To fix the issue:

  1. Install Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. 
  2. Use a supported browser when viewing the PDF.
  3. Locate your downloaded transcript file.
  4. Right-click (Control-Click on Mac) the file and choose Open With → Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
  5. If needed, download your transcript again from your Parchment delivery email.

Tip: Always check that your browser is supported for viewing PDFs correctly.
