Can I request an adjustment to my loan?

Yes, you can request changes to your student loans by submitting a Loan Adjustment Request to the Help Center if any of the following apply:

  • You want to reduce or cancel your accepted loan(s), as long as they were disbursed less than 14 calendar days ago.
    • If it's been more than 14 days since your loan was disbursed, contact your loan lender directly.
  • You want to reinstate a loan that you previously declined.

Important: You cannot access future financial aid early or request your full award in advance.

Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
