How do I request an enrollment verification if I am not a current student?

If you are not currently enrolled at UMGC or have never been a student, you will need to request proof of enrollment by visiting the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) Self-Service Site (fee may apply) and choosing your preferred option:

  • Obtain Enrollment Certificate
  • View Enrollment Information on File
  • View Student Loan Deferment Notifications
  • View Proof of Enrollment Requests

Notes:

  • Not all universities and colleges participate in NSC
  • Current UMGC can use NSC for enrollment verification letters if desired
  • There is a fee associated with verifying through NSC
