How do I request an enrollment verification if I am not a current student?
If you are not currently enrolled at UMGC or have never been a student, you will need to request proof of enrollment by visiting the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) Self-Service Site (fee may apply) and choosing your preferred option:
- Obtain Enrollment Certificate
- View Enrollment Information on File
- View Student Loan Deferment Notifications
- View Proof of Enrollment Requests
Notes:
- Not all universities and colleges participate in NSC
- Current UMGC can use NSC for enrollment verification letters if desired
- There is a fee associated with verifying through NSC
Tip: If you receive an error, return to Student Portal > Academic Records > Enrollment Verification and try again.
