Can I request direct loans if I previously declined them?
Yes! If you declined your loan offer but later change your mind, you can request to have the loans re-offered. To do this, submit a financial aid case through the Help Portal.
Once the loans are re-offered, you will have to accept the loans through your MyUMGC portal.
