How do I remove or forget the Eduroam Wi-Fi network?

If you've changed your password or your device isn't prompting you to log in, it may still be trying to use outdated network settings. Removing or forgetting the network allows you to reconnect from scratch with updated credentials.

Windows 11

  1. Open the Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet
  2. Select Wi-Fi > Manage known networks
  3. Click Forget next to the network you want to remove

Windows 10

  1. Select the Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet
  2. Select Wi-Fi > Manage known networks
  3. Click the network and select Forget

MacOS

  1. Click the Apple menu > System Preferences > Network
  2. Select Wi-Fi > Advanced
  3. Highlight the network and click the minus (-) sign

iOS (iPhone, iPad)

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
  2. Tap the (i) next to the network
  3. Tap Forget This Network, then confirm

Android

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
  2. Tap and hold the network, then select Forget Network

Tip: Once the network is removed, your device will prompt you to enter your username and password the next time you connect.
