What should I do if I haven’t received my refund check?

If your refund check hasn't arrived, it may have been delayed, lost, or returned due to an outdated address. You can request a stop payment and have a new check issued.

Note: You must wait 45 days from the date the refund was issued before requesting a stop payment.
