How will I receive my refund?
UMGC processes refunds using the same payment method you used when paying your balance:
- Credit or debit card: Your refund will go back to the same card. Refunds to cards are processed weekly.
- Check or money order: Your refund will be issued by check or direct deposit. If you're receiving a check, it will be mailed to the address you have on file with UMGC.
Note: If the credit or debit card you used is no longer active, contact your bank or card provider.
