How can I prove I graduated if I haven’t received my diploma?

You can request a Letter of Completion (LOC) to confirm you finished your program before your diploma arrives. To request a letter, email Graduation Services with your full name, student ID, mailing address, and how you’d like to receive the letter (email, mail, or fax).

There are two types of LOCs:

  • Conditional LOC: You haven’t completed all requirements.
  • Final LOC: You’ve met all graduation requirements.

Diplomas are mailed about two weeks after your conferral date and sent electronically once any balance is paid. If it hasn’t arrived in six weeks, contact Graduation Services

Note: Update your mailing address in the student portal to ensure smooth delivery of your materials.
