You can request a Letter of Completion (LOC) to confirm you have finished your program before your credential has been awarded. To request a letter, email Graduation Services with your full name, student ID, mailing address, and how you’d like to receive the letter (email, mail, or fax).
 

There are two types of LOCs:

• Conditional LOC: You haven’t completed all requirements.
• LOC: You’ve met all graduation requirements.

Degree verification letters can be requested after your credential has been awarded. To request a letter, email Graduation Services with your full name, student ID, mailing address, and how you’d like to receive the letter (email, mail, or fax). 

Diplomas are mailed about two weeks after your conferral date. If it hasn’t arrived in six weeks, please contact Graduation Services.
 

Note: Please update your mailing address in the student portal to ensure smooth delivery of your materials.
