What should I do after my MHEC state award is reinstated?
If your award was reinstated after you registered for more courses, here's what happens next:
- Allow 7-10 business days for your award to be re-posted to your UMGC account.
- If all your courses have started and the award still hasn't been posted or disbursed, submit a case through the UMGC Help Center.
- Response time is typically 2-3 business days.
