How do I manage my Parchment account?

  • Access: Log into Parchment Transcript Ordering Service or click Create a New Account if you're new.
  • Order transcripts: Select Documents and choose the transcript type you need.
  • Update account info: Under My Account, you can update your profile, address book, or password.
  • Check order status: Select Order Status > View for updates or history.
  • Signout: Click Profile > Sign Out at the upper-right corner of any page.
  • Support: Visit the Parchment Learner Help Center or contact UMGC at outgoingtranscripts@umgc.edu.
