Can spouses or dependents of veterans get the in-state rate?
Veterans’ spouses and dependent children may qualify if:
- You live in Maryland.
- The veteran served at least 90 days.
- The veteran was discharged less than 3 years before your enrollment.
- You are using veterans’ benefits.
