How long does it take to process financial aid documents?
The Financial Aid Office will process your documents as quickly as possible.
- During non-peak periods, it can take 3-5 business days to process financial aid documents.
- During peak periods, processing timelines can be longer.
Please check MyUMGC periodically to review your financial aid eligibility status, required documents, accept or decline awards, and manage your loans. If you need to submit additional documents, you can upload them by creating a case in the UMGC Help Center.
