Why hasn’t my Entrance Counseling or MPN been marked complete?

After you complete your Entrance Counseling and/or Master Promissory Note (MPN) at studentaid.gov, it usually takes 2–3 business days for UMGC to receive and process your submission. Once UMGC gets the info from the U.S. Department of Education, your student portal will update and the item will be removed.

If it’s been more than 3 business days, contact the Office of Financial Aid through the Help Center.
