How do I e-mail the support team or submit documents?
To send an email or submit documents to the support team:
- Visit umgc.edu/help.
- Scroll down the page to the Contact Support heading and select UMGC Help Center under by E-mail
- On the Submit New Case screen, select a type from the Case Type drop-down menu.
- Fill in all required fields marked with a red bar
- Click Choose File to locate and upload documents
- Click Submit Case
