How do I e-mail the support team or submit documents?

To send an email or submit documents to the support team:

  1. Visit umgc.edu/help.
  2. Scroll down the page to the Contact Support heading and select UMGC Help Center under by E-mail
  3. On the Submit New Case screen, select a type from the Case Type drop-down menu.
  4. Fill in all required fields marked with a red bar
  5. Click Choose File to locate and upload documents
  6. Click Submit Case


Note: If you are requesting technical support,  we recommend attaching a screenshot, including the URL, to help resolve the issue more quickly.
