Will I be disenrolled from my classes for non-payment?
Yes, you may be disenrolled if your tuition balance exceeds $250 and is not paid by the due date—usually one week after classes start.
Disenrollment can happen if:
- Your payment is overdue
- Past due charges exceed $250
- You don’t qualify for exemptions like financial aid, Military Tuition Assistance, or Veterans Education Benefits
- There’s no service indicator preventing disenrollment
Avoid disenrollment:
- Check your student account regularly
- Make a payment or confirm your Financial aid
- Enroll in an interest-free monthly payment plan
- Drop any unwanted classes via MyUMGC before the deadline
- If you’re disenrolled, work with your advisor to find an equivalent course in the next session.
