What benefits are available under Chapter 31 (VR&E)?
If you're approved for VR&E benefits, your program may include:
- Tuition and fees (paid directly to the school)
- Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA) (paid to you)
- Books, supplies, and materials, if authorized by your VA case manager
