Change Default View

1. From the Course Home page, select Activities and Assessments, then click Discussions.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under the Grid View Settings at the bottom of the page, you can modify the following:
   • Topic Descriptions
   • Default Thread Style
   • Display Settings
   • Post Fields to Display
   • Character Limit
4. Click Save.

Toggle between Grid View and Reading View

1. While in the Discussions page, select the drop-down menu next to the topic's name.
2. Select View Topic in Reading View, or if your default view is Reading View, select View Topic in Grid View.

Note: This option does not change the default view settings.
