How long does it take for my CCU payment to post to my account?

After you've paid your balance in full with the Central Collections Unit (CCU), it may take up to one month for your updated balance to show in your UMGC student account.

Note: If you need your collections hold removed to register for classes or request your diploma, you can request CCU email a Paid in Full receipt to UMGC at collections@umuc.edu. If you paid online, you can send your own payment confirmation to the same address.
