How do I cancel a transcript request?

If you need to cancel a transcript order, please send an email to the Office of Student Records with the following information:

  • Name
  • Student ID number
  • Parchment order number or Document ID number

Transcript orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 days. We encourage you to send a cancellation request within 24 hours of your first order.

Note: While you may call to cancel a transcript order, we recommend submitting your request in writing to the email address listed above.
