How do I cancel my payment plan?
To cancel your payment plan, please email studentaccounts@umgc.edu. Be sure to include the term of the payment plan you wish to cancel.
Important: Canceling your payment plan does not remove your financial responsibility. You'll still owe any outstanding charges, and unpaid balances could result in disenrollment.
If you no longer plan to attend, be sure to withdraw from your classes through your Student Center. Simply not paying will not cancel your enrollment. Refund eligibility depends on when you withdraw. Visit the Refunds webpage for details.
Note: If you set up a new payment plan, a $35 enrollment fee will apply. Once a class has started, it may not qualify for a full refund.
