What do I need to complete a bachelor's degree?
To earn a bachelor's degree at UMGC, you need to complete at least 120 credits, including:
- Courses for your major (and minor, if you choose one)
- General education requirements
- Electives and other degree requirements
At least 15 credits must be in upper-level courses (numbered 300 or above).
The time it takes to complete your degree can vary based on any transfer credits you bring in from other colleges or universities.
