What assistive technologies are available at UMGC
Everway offers technology solutions to help everyone understand and to be understood. UMGC has partnered with Everway to provide the entire UMGC community with three software options that break down barriers, recognize and value differences, and empower individuals to thrive in any aspect of their education or work. Software options include Read&Write, OrbitNote, and Equatio, and each of these is built to support academic skills with easy-to-access tools such as text-to-speech, highlighting, speech-to-text, audio-file creation, math formula creation support, grammar support, and a host of other tools and features.
