How do I apply for Veterans Benefits at UMGC?
If you're using veterans' benefits for the first time, start by completing the VA Benefits Application at www.vets.gov. It usually takes about 30 days to process, but you can register for classes while you wait.
If you are using Chapter 31 benefits, you'll also need to provide a copy of your VA Authorization Form. Ask your VA case manager to send it to UMGC's Veterans Certification Office through the Tungsten E-Invoice Network.
