How do I add a post to a discussion in LEO?
- From the course home page, select Content.
- Click the Unit module and then Discussion.
- Alternate path: Activities and Assessments > Discussions (not recommended, may skip steps).
- Review instructions, then click Go to Discussion.
- Read the topic carefully, noting deadlines and rubrics.
- To respond, click Start a New Thread and add a subject.
- To reply, click Reply to Thread.
- Type or paste your message in the editor.
- Click Post or Save as Draft (not available for replies).
- To edit, click the drop-down arrow next to the subject line and select Edit Thread.
- To attach a file, click Add attachments and choose:
- Drop files in the box
- Upload from your computer
- Record Audio
- Choose Existing (My Locker or Group Locker)
Note: No email confirmation is sent. Check MyTools > Class Progress to confirm submission. Posts can be edited but not deleted.
