Karla Hersh
Associate Director, CRM and NTC Operations, Stateside Military Operations
Biography
Karla Hersh joined UMGC in 2009 as the National Testing Center coordinator at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. Since then, she has served in several roles, including the CRM outreach coordinator. In her current position, Hersh provides operational support for the seven stateside National Testing Centers. The NTC staff assist servicemembers and their families in reaching their education goals by offering exams such as CLEP, DSST, and Pearson VUE. Additionally, Hersh is responsible for coordination, oversight, and management of all CRM functions and development of standardized CRM business processes and efficiencies for UMGC Stateside Military Operations.
