Dr. Stephen R. Orr, IV

Biography
Dr. Stephen R. Orr IV is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and a leader of a Cyber Operations organization within the Department of Defense (DoD). He earned his Ph.D., M.S., and a B.S. in Computational and Information Sciences.
Dr. Orr has published in leading academic journals, including the IEEE family of publications, and holds multiple industry certifications. He has been invited to speak at prominent conferences and professional forums, such as the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Cyber and Netcentric Workshop, the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and the Military Operations Research Society (MORS) Information Operations Working Group.
In addition to his professional leadership, Dr. Orr has taught at the United States Naval Academy, National Cryptologic University, and Mount Saint Mary’s University.
