Course Desc: A study of the integration and application of strategic management principles, concepts, and practices in nonprofit organizations. Topics include the development of mission statements, goal-setting concepts, and strategy formulation and implementation approaches. Assignments focus on designing organizational plans and strategies relevant to the specific needs of organizations.
